Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items like custom products or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
